Project Architect/ BIM Manager

Epsilon Architecture, an award winning firm, specializing in the design and construction of K-12 and Higher educational, Retail and Spiritual buildings, is seeking a talented Project Architect /BIM Manager, licensed in Texas to join and grow a design studio in our Richardson office. Architectural Designers/ BIM experts or Team Leaders with the right experience will be considered.

This position will empower the candidate to handle a wide range of responsibilities and offer unique opportunities to grow professionally while supporting us to grow the firm to take it to the next level.

The ideal candidate must be a positive, team-oriented, technically competent, motivated self-starter, who will take pride in producing creative designs and high-quality documents. The individual will work alongside the firm’s Principal to ensure deliverables are submitted within set deadlines and budgets to meet client expectations.

Qualified candidates should be organized, communicate effectively and be able to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail. The candidate will oversee the entire design to construction project life cycle and manage personnel/ consultants involved at different stages of the project. Great opportunity for career growth, with the potential to grow into a leadership role.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Creation of design concepts using 3D software- SketchUp/ AutoCAD/ Revit
  • Site analysis and careful coordination of Planning, Zoning and City requirements
  • Production of Construction documents & coordination of sub-consultant’s documents
  • Contract Administration (CA) responsibilities -respond to RFIs, Review submittals
  • Mentor and manage support staff to run an efficient and productive team
  • Strong architectural detailing skills and ability to comply with building code requirements
  • AutoCAD proficiency. Revit proficiency preferred.
  • Prioritize multiple tasks and adjust work accordingly.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and discipline coordination


  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
  • 3 to 10 years of K-12 & Higher Educational/ Commercial building architectural design experience
  • Proficiency in Revit/ AutoCAD is a must
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong technical expertise related to design and construction
  • Highly motivated self starter who can take responsibility to meet project deadlines
  • Good communicator who can assist with growing the firm while growing professionally.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and great work ethics.
